Salve Regina University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive sound‑reinforcement, lighting, power distribution, rigging, staffing and technical support for its major campus events over a three‑year term. The contract covers undergraduate and graduate commencements, nursing pinning, orientation week, and university convocation, all held in outdoor/tented venues requiring installation on tent structures, coordination with university facilities, and compliance with safety and work‑at‑height regulations. Vendors must submit itemized pricing for each event, demonstrate experience with large‑scale academic ceremonies, and provide backup equipment and contingency plans.
• Provide line‑array speaker systems, digital consoles, wireless microphones, lighting fixtures and dimmer packs, and full power‑distribution solutions.
• Deliver qualified technicians, project managers, and lead engineers for each event, with minimum staffing levels defined.
• Manage all logistics: delivery, load‑in, set‑up, testing, live operation, troubleshooting, strike, and removal, while adhering to safety, permitting, and coordination requirements with the tent provider.
