Description
The City of Austin is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive audio and lighting production services for the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center’s Dia de Los Muertos Signature Event on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The contractor must supply a point‑of‑contact, set up and sound‑check by 12 PM, and deliver front‑of‑house sound, monitor mixes, microphones, stands, cables, mixer console, stage lighting, and backline for three live band performances. An audio and lighting engineer plus support staff are required, along with event insurance and compliance with city policies. The City will provide power, parking, a green room, and a performance contract, and will pay invoices within 2‑4 weeks after service (or via ACH).
