Apple Valley Airshow Marketer, Promoter, Event Coordinator

The San Bernardino County Service Area 60 – Apple Valley Airport is seeking a marketer, promoter, and event coordinator for the 2026 Apple Valley Airshow. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing services including marketing, promotion, and event coordination for the airshow. The district estimates a budget of $185,000 for the completion of this work. The contract period is expected to begin on June 12, 2026, and end on December 15, 2026. • The proposer must provide an all-inclusive, fixed cost to provide services for the 2026 Apple Valley Airshow. • The proposer must include a fixed administrative fee for their cost to administer the provision of services. • The proposer must include the total cost they anticipate will be incurred by them to third-parties to provide the relevant portion(s) of the services. • The proposer must have experience in marketing, promotion, and event coordination. • The proposer must have the ability to provide services for the 2026 Apple Valley Airshow. • The proposer must comply with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
