Washington County Fair - Professional Staging Rental Services

The Washington County Fair is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional staging equipment rental services for the 2026-2028 Washington County Fairs. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, setting up, and dismantling staging equipment to support various events and performances during the fair. The stage must meet minimum requirements, including a 32-foot length, 24-foot width, and 17-inch roof trim height. The vendor must also provide a qualified crew to set and strike the stage, as well as comply with all federal, state, county, and local safety regulations.
