PA011-25, Provision of Event Planning and Execution for an Employee/Family Appreciation Day

Gwinnett County is seeking a service provider to plan and execute an Employee/Family Appreciation Day event for the Department of Human Resources. The event aims to celebrate and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of approximately 4,000 employees and their families. The service provider will be responsible for event conceptualization and theme development, entertainment and activities, prize coordination, audio/visual equipment setup and management, concessions, event set up and post-event cleanup, and on-site event coordination and staffing. The event will be held on June 14, 2025, at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, and the service provider will need to work closely with the Human Resources and Communications departments as well as staff from the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.
