Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide an annual, on‑site maintenance and repair agreement for a 250 kW Generac generator located at 999 Commerce Drive, Gulf Shores, AL. The contractor must be a certified Generac technician, use only OEM parts, and perform two scheduled inspections each year (major in Oct/Nov, minor in Mar/Apr) plus optional two‑year services such as load‑bank testing and fuel polishing. The contract is limited to a maximum total value of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years, provided pricing remains within the ceiling.
• Perform major yearly inspection (Oct/Nov) covering lubrication, filters, batteries, coolant, belts, and performance checks.
• Perform minor yearly inspection (Mar/Apr) using the same checklist.
• Provide OEM parts, hourly labor (Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑4 pm), mileage service charge per site visit, and optional load‑bank, fuel polishing, and fuel analysis services.
• All work must be performed onsite at the Gulf Shores location by a certified Generac technician; no subcontracting of non‑OEM parts is allowed.
• Contract term is one year (Oct 2026 – Sep 30 2027) with a total ceiling of $25,000 and possibility of annual renewal.
