Description
The City of Hastings is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and fully install a complete audio‑visual system for its new council chambers. The scope covers all hardware listed in the solicitation, associated wiring, programming, commissioning, warranty documentation, and removal of waste, with the project being sales‑tax exempt. Bidders must provide all required insurance, safety & health programs, and adhere to a no‑withdrawal period of 60 days after opening.
• Provide and install specified AV equipment (mixers, cameras, speakers, displays, encoders/decoders, networking gear, power control, UPS, cabling, etc.) or approved equivalents.
• Perform all labor, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning; deliver warranty and documentation.
• Comply with mandatory insurance, safety, E‑Verify, nondiscrimination, and permit requirements; submit all certifications before work starts.
