Description
The Department of the Interior is seeking a qualified small‑business to provide exclusive‑use Type III helicopter flight services for wildland fire suppression in South Florida (Everglades, Big Cypress, Biscayne, and Dry Tortugas National Parks). The contractor will operate, crew, maintain, and fuel a dedicated helicopter, provide a fuel‑servicing vehicle, and deliver all required aviation equipment and safety support for a five‑year period (2027‑2031). This IDIQ contract has a $5 million ceiling with a minimum guarantee of 120 days of daily availability in the base year and includes additional pay items such as standby, fuel mileage, and subsistence.
