Description
This solicitation awards a firm‑fixed‑price contract for preventive‑maintenance (quarterly) and repair services on large commercial kitchen equipment located in U.S. Army dining facilities on Oahu and the Pohakuloa Training Area (Big Island). The contractor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, parts, and management to keep dishwashers, garbage disposals, heater‑boosters, refrigerators and freezers operational, respond to emergency calls within hours, and submit required reports, inventories, and pricing lists. The contract includes a base year with up to four one‑year options, and a small‑business (WOSB) set‑aside.
• Provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance for approximately 200 equipment items across two Hawaii installations.
• Perform emergency, urgent/routine, and unscheduled repairs with rapid response times (2 hrs Oahu, 3 hrs PTA).
• Deliver extensive documentation (transition, quality‑control, safety plans; weekly status reports; monthly invoices; parts‑pricing list; equipment inventories).
• Must hold Hawaii plumbing, electrical, and EPA‑608 certifications, and meet insurance and security requirements.
