The State of Ohio’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking licensed software for Seehawk Monitors to be used with iBflex drive‑test units at MARCS tower sites. The purpose is to enable interference testing, subscriber device monitoring, and support for in‑building RF amplifiers. This is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) set‑aside solicitation; only qualified MBE dealers may submit. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote, and the award will be a one‑year license term with possible up to three additional one‑year extensions at the State’s discretion. The solicitation requires completion of a grid response, attachment of any software license agreement and privacy policy, and full registration on OhioBuys and OhioPays. No additional documentation will be considered.
