Description
Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking annual software support licenses and related services for the Cardinal Systems VR Mapping suite. The vendor must supply the specified software modules, provide unlimited technical support during business hours, and deliver all upgrades and patches throughout the 2027 contract year. Quotes must be submitted exclusively through OhioBuys, dated with a minimum 90‑day expiration, and reference the appropriate contract and product IDs. The solicitation is open for bidding now and will close on November 6, 2026.
• Required software modules: VrTwo Stereo Softcopy (4), VrThree for Photogrammetrists (2), VrMicroStation In/Out Translator (1), VrOrtho/VrMosaic (3), VrAirTrig/VrAutoTie/VrBundle (3), VrOne Interactive Vector Data Collection and Editing (3)
• Support period: January 1 2027 – December 31 2027 (one‑year term)
• Submission must be made via OhioBuys; no alternate methods accepted
• Vendor must hold a valid OAKS ID/OH|ID and be an authorized dealer/distributor of Cardinal Systems products.
