ACCOUNTABILITY AND DATA ANALYTIC MONITORING DASHBOARD

The State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Education, is seeking a vendor to provide an Accountability Monitoring and Data Analytic Dashboard. The dashboard should display district, school, and student data in an intuitive and secure manner, with access controls updated nightly. The scope of work includes the development of various modules, such as a Continuous School Improvement Data Framework, Statewide Accountability & Performance Mapping, School Improvement & Priority Practices, and more. The vendor should have experience in developing and implementing interactive web-based applications, and provide a comprehensive project work plan, approach to contract performance, and cost analysis. • The dashboard should provide a unified view of educational health across Wyoming, integrating disparate data streams. • The vendor should have experience in developing and implementing interactive web-based applications. • The project includes various modules, such as Continuous School Improvement Data Framework, Statewide Accountability & Performance Mapping, and School Improvement & Priority Practices. • The vendor should provide a comprehensive project work plan, approach to contract performance, and cost analysis. • The contract will be for a period of 7 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. • The vendor should have a single point of contact for all contract management activities.
