On-Call Audio Visual Services

The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified firm to provide on-call audiovisual technical services for City functions, meetings, performances, productions, and special events. The successful respondent will provide qualified personnel, supervision, technical expertise, labor, and related support on an as-needed basis. Services may include audio, lighting, video, stagehand labor, technical production support, setup, operation, troubleshooting, load-in, and load-out services. The contract will commence on the first calendar day of the month after approval by the City Council and will remain in effect for 36 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. Some key responsibilities of the successful respondent include: • Providing personnel on an as-needed, on-call basis • Coordinating with City staff before, during, and after events • Maintaining adequate staffing levels • Performing work efficiently and safely • Protecting City property and equipment • Correcting performance deficiencies promptly upon notification from the City The City is looking for a firm with demonstrated experience supporting live events and providing reliable staffing, technical coordination, safe work practices, and professional service.
