PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES SOUTHEAST WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY - LABORATORY IMPROVEMENTS

The Manatee County - Purchasing Division is seeking professional architectural and engineering design services for the construction of the new Manatee County Water/Wastewater Laboratory Expansion Building project. The scope of work includes designing a new 28,000 square foot single-story building that will provide laboratories, storage, offices, administration, IT, mechanical, electrical, miscellaneous spaces, and site work. The objective of this solicitation is to provide all planning, design, permitting, cost options, and project management for the Manatee County Water/Wastewater Laboratory Expansion.
