Gwinnett County’s Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, assemble, and install a variety of recreational game equipment for two county parks. The scope includes pool tables (7‑ft and 8‑ft), accessory kits, cue storage racks, air‑hockey tables, shuffleboard tables, and a sizable quantity of table‑tennis tables, all new, fully assembled, and ready for immediate use. The vendor must provide unit pricing that covers all costs (shipping, assembly, installation, taxes) and meet extensive insurance, E‑Verify, and reference requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote, with the county retaining the right to negotiate or split the award.
