The scope includes multiple pool tables (7‑ft and 8‑ft), accessory kits, cue racks, air‑hockey tables, shuffleboard tables, and a sizable number of table‑tennis tables, all brand‑new and conforming to specified manufacturer models or approved equivalents. The vendor must provide a complete all‑inclusive price for each line item, meet stringent insurance and E‑Verify requirements, and furnish references and required affidavits with the quote. Delivery must occur promptly after purchase order issuance, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
