Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified low‑voltage contractor to design, supply, deliver, install, and train staff on a complete audio‑visual sound system for the Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. The scope includes all hardware listed (speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, projectors, screens, etc.), full wiring/cabling, system design, and on‑site installation with training. Vendors must hold a Georgia LV‑G or LG‑U license, meet extensive insurance requirements, and provide a lump‑sum quote. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
• Supply and install 16 ceiling speakers, amplifiers, mixers, Bluetooth interfaces, microphones, projectors, screens, and related hardware.
• Provide full design, wiring, cabling, and training; no existing design is supplied.
• Must hold a Georgia low‑voltage General or Utility contractor license and satisfy $2M+ commercial general liability and other insurance mandates.
