Christmas Holiday Decoration Rental Services

The City of Clermont is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to rent, deliver, install, and pick up Christmas holiday decorations. The decorations include a 26-foot tall artificial evergreen Christmas tree and three 60-inch artificial evergreen wreaths. The successful respondent will be responsible for providing equipment rentals and operators, cherry picker, and forklift (if needed) for the assembly of the tree and wreaths. The contract will commence on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval of the contract by the City Council or designee and will remain in effect for 36 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods.
