The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive downtown cleaning services, including routine sidewalk sweeping, litter removal, pressure‑washing of sidewalks, building façades, public plazas, weed control, waste‑receptacle cleaning, and on‑demand “hot‑spot” litter pickup.
