The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M‑NCPPC) is issuing a multiple‑award task‑order RFP for contractors to provide on‑demand services related to turf renovation, ongoing turf maintenance, athletic field design, irrigation system design, and irrigation installation across a variety of Commission properties in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, MD. Awarded firms will be placed on a task‑order pool and called upon as work arises, allowing the Commission to address seasonal and project‑specific needs for sports fields, golf facilities, and other landscaped areas.
