Avaya Phone System Maintenance

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Avaya phone system maintenance. The vendor must be an experienced Avaya certified partner and be able to monitor the system, report issues, and replace or repair equipment as needed. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option for two additional 1-year renewals. The vendor must provide pricing for all items listed on the pricing sheet and must be willing to sign a service/supply agreement. • The vendor must be a certified Avaya partner. • The vendor must be able to monitor the system and report issues in a timely and efficient manner. • The vendor must be able to replace or repair equipment as needed. • The vendor must provide pricing for all items listed on the pricing sheet. • The vendor must be willing to sign a service/supply agreement.
