The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting qualified contractors to replace the roof on the North‑West St. Joseph Salt Dome facility. The scope includes removal of existing polyurethane foam roofing, three‑tab shingles, felt underlayment, roof vents, flashing, and entrance fascia, followed by installation of a new watertight system using 30‑year (or greater) manufactured‑warrantied composite shingles, ice‑and‑water barrier, synthetic underlayment, galvanized flashing, and approximately 750 metal roof vents.
