Description
The South Tahoe Public Utility District is seeking qualified consultants to provide on‑call construction support services for its water and wastewater capital‑improvement program. The services include general construction management, general and special inspections, and materials testing/quality‑control. Qualified firms will be placed on a 5‑year qualified‑consultant list and may receive multiple task orders over an anticipated ten‑year period under a Master Services Agreement. Submissions consist of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and a rate sheet, and must be emailed to the District’s engineering manager.
