The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for the Disabilities Determination Services (DDS) facility in Frankfort. The contract covers daily cleaning, weekly/monthly/quarterly deep‑clean tasks, supply provision, equipment, and ongoing inspections for a 99,458 sq ft building. The vendor must staff three full‑time cleaners (24 person‑hours per day), supply all cleaning products, maintain inventory, and manage key/security protocols. The agreement runs from award through November 30 2027 with optional two‑year extensions, and requires compliance with state procurement, insurance, and nondiscrimination rules.
