MONETARY CORP REWARD CARDS

The State of Minnesota is seeking information from vendors regarding gift card incentive services. The state intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the near future to award one or more contracts for these services. This Request for Information (RFI) is being sought to gather information about the required gift card incentive services. Responders should provide thorough answers to the enumerated questions, which cover topics such as gift card products, electronic gift card delivery, card value and lifecycle, cardholder experience, card management and security, reporting, ordering and program management, ordering requirements and fulfillment, high-value gift card controls, and additional features. • The RFI is open to all interested vendors. • The state is seeking information on gift card products, including physical and electronic cards. • The RFI includes questions about card value and lifecycle, cardholder experience, and card management and security. • Responders should provide supplemental documentation, such as technical specification sheets, quotations, or other beneficial information. • The state reserves the right to contact responders and request additional information and/or schedule a meeting(s).
