RFP for Real Estate Services 2026

Washington County is seeking a contractor to provide commercial real estate brokerage services. The contractor will be responsible for identifying available properties for lease or purchase, conducting market research, coordinating property tours, negotiating lease terms, and providing required documentation to finalize real estate transactions. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to renew every five years. The contractor must have a current, active real estate broker license in the state of Minnesota and demonstrate experience with both lease and purchase transactions across multiple property types. • The contractor will provide commercial real estate brokerage services to Washington County. • The contractor will identify available properties for lease or purchase that meet County-defined space, location, and budgetary requirements. • The contractor will conduct market research and comparable-property analysis to support site selection decisions. • The contractor will coordinate and accompany County staff on property tours and site evaluations. • The contractor will negotiate lease terms, purchase price, and other material terms on the county’s behalf.
