Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Fuel Storage Services in Vandenberg SFB, CA

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking a contractor to provide fuel storage services at the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The contractor will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing fuel products, as well as performing maintenance and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The contract will be for a base period of 4 years, with an option for an additional 5 years and up to 6 months of extension. The contractor will need to provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet the requirements of the contract. • The contractor will be required to provide fuel storage services, including receiving, storing, and issuing fuel products. • The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance on facilities, equipment, and vehicles. • The contractor will need to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet the requirements of the contract. • The contractor will need to have experience with fuel storage and handling, as well as maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
