Parks Facilities Rental & Event Management Services

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a firm to manage all aspects of marketing, planning, scheduling, accepting reservations, and managing events at nine of its park facilities. The successful Offeror will provide day-to-day services necessary to deliver efficient and superior quality facility rental and event management services. The scope of work includes facility rental services, marketing, reservation services, event management, and preferred services such as catering and equipment rental. The Offeror will work closely with Parks staff to achieve operational goals for the managed facilities. Some key points to consider: • The City owns and operates over 100 parks and green spaces, with nine facilities available for private events. • The successful Offeror will develop a business and marketing plan to maximize rentals and drive revenue to support Parks operations. • The Offeror will provide semi-annual reports detailing MBE, WBE, and SBE utilization and spend. • The contract will have an initial term of five years, with up to three optional two-year renewal terms.
