The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a vendor to provide a complete stage‑rental solution for its “Live at Juilliard Park” concert series. The contract is a one‑year Blanket Purchase Order (with up to four optional one‑year renewals) covering six consecutive Sunday concerts in July‑August 2026. The vendor must deliver, install, operate, and remove a 24 ft × 20 ft all‑terrain stage with roof/shade, stairs, safety rails, and optional ADA ramp, as well as a diesel generator of at least 25 KVA (20 kW) plus all necessary power‑distribution gear, labor, and on‑site support during each event.
