RFP No. OEPM 26-400 Business Development Marketing Communications Services

The Office of Exposition Park Management is seeking a qualified firm to provide end‑to‑end business‑development, marketing, communications, partnership‑management, and revenue‑generation services for the Exposition Park complex. The contractor must not only advise but actively execute strategies, create sponsorship packages, manage media relations, plan events, and maintain stakeholder engagement through a performance period ending 30 June 2028. This effort requires a blend of strategic consulting, hands‑on execution, and ongoing reporting to meet aggressive revenue targets. • Develop and implement a 2‑5‑year business‑development and marketing plan, including asset inventory and sponsorship packaging. • Execute outreach, pitch meetings, negotiations, and close revenue‑generating agreements; provide monthly pipeline and quarterly revenue forecasts. • Deliver integrated communications services (press releases, media strategy, social media, crisis PR) and support event planning, stakeholder advocacy, and partnership stewardship.
