Description
This non‑personal services contract calls for a contractor to provide comprehensive toilet pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, and portable toilet (porta‑potty) rental services across the Powers & Gold Beach Ranger District of the Rogue River‑Siskiyou National Forest. The contractor must supply all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals needed to pump, wash, recharge, disinfect, and properly dispose of waste from the toilets, adhering to the Performance Work Statement and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Scope includes full‑service toilet pumping and portable sanitation rentals throughout the district.
• Contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel; no partial services are accepted.
• Set‑aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) – eligible SBA‑certified firms only.
