Sevier County Government seeks a full‑service partner to redesign, develop, host, maintain, and support a modern, accessible, and secure county website together with companion iOS/Android mobile applications. The scope includes discovery, information architecture, responsive design, a robust CMS, full content migration, emergency communication features, online forms, third‑party integrations, SEO, analytics, 24/7 hosting with 99.9 % uptime, comprehensive cybersecurity, accessibility compliance, training for county staff, and ongoing technical support for a three‑year contract.
• Design and build a responsive, mobile‑first website and companion apps that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Migrate all existing content, documents, calendars, news, and forms to a new CMS while preserving URLs or providing redirects.
• Provide secure cloud hosting, 24/7 support, cybersecurity measures, and post‑launch maintenance, including updates to the mobile apps and ongoing training.
