Conference Facility and Audiovisual Support Services

The Marine Forces South (MARFORSOUTH) is seeking a contractor to provide conference facility and audiovisual support services for an official Government conference. The conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, from 4-7 November 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing lodging, catering, conference facilities, evening social, and audiovisual support services. The scope of work includes providing a primary conference room, breakout rooms, audiovisual equipment, internet access, and technical support. The contractor will also be responsible for providing catering services, including breakfast, lunch, and an evening social. • The contractor must provide a block of 80 rooms for the conference attendees. • The contractor must provide audiovisual equipment, including a projector, screen, and wireless microphones. • The contractor must provide dedicated wireless internet access across all utilized meeting spaces. • The contractor must provide catering services, including breakfast, lunch, and an evening social. • The contractor must provide technical support and troubleshooting services for the audiovisual equipment and internet access.
