Description
The California Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide two portable luxury restroom trailers—including one ADA‑compliant unit—and comprehensive maintenance services for its Marin Area Office for a two‑year period. The contractor must deliver the trailers, service them three times per week, ensure compliance with accessibility and environmental regulations, and maintain required insurance and security clearances. This contract includes optional small‑business and DVBE incentives, but the DVBE participation requirement is waived.
• Provide Trailer A (3 stalls, including ADA‑compliant) and Trailer B (2 luxury stalls) with full waste‑tank management and cleaning three times weekly.
• Ensure all personnel meet background‑check and safety requirements; maintain insurance coverage as specified.
