Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a vendor to provide rental, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of protective clothing and related operational supplies for its Los Banos Area Office. The contractor must manage sizing, fitting, weekly pickup and delivery of soiled and cleaned items, maintain inventory, and ensure rapid response to service failures, all under a three‑year term starting 1 Jan 2027. The scope includes a defined list of uniform items (jackets, coats, shirts, jeans, coveralls) and operational supplies (mats, towels, dust mops, hand‑sanitizer units). Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in protective‑clothing‑rental services, carry required insurance, pass security checks, and may qualify for small‑business or DVBE incentives.
