Description
Newton County is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive benefits consulting and brokerage services for the County’s employee benefit programs. The work includes advising on health, dental, vision, and other employee insurance options, managing relationships with carriers, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations, and delivering ongoing support for benefit plan administration. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline and the contractor must maintain specified insurance coverage and hold a valid business license.
• Scope: Benefits plan design, carrier selection, enrollment support, compliance monitoring, and ongoing advisory services.
• Required insurance: $1M general liability, $1M automobile liability, $1M workers’ comp employer’s liability, and 30‑day cancellation notice.
• Submission: Electronic via EUNA portal by 9:00 AM on 12 Nov 2026; hard copies available for $25 per set.
• Evaluation: Based on criteria set forth in the full RFP; County reserves right to reject any or all proposals.
