Description
The State of Nevada is seeking a qualified contractor to provide ongoing preventative maintenance for the HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) at the Nevada State Museum in Las Vegas. The work includes monthly inspections, system backups, communication checks, alarm reviews, spot‑checking terminal units and set‑points, on‑site emergency support, and detailed reporting to ensure climate‑control standards for artifact preservation. The contract will be a four‑year award with two optional one‑year extensions, valued on a firm‑price basis and evaluated on technical competence, experience, cost, and personnel qualifications.
• Monthly preventive maintenance of HVAC controls and associated equipment
• Backup verification, alarm management, and communication health checks
