Description
Lake Superior State University is seeking a single vendor to design, build, and deliver a new 23‑26 ft aluminum research vessel complete with a tandem‑axle trailer and twin outboard engines. The vessel must meet NMMA/ABYC standards, include a full suite of research‑oriented equipment (foam flotation, non‑skid deck, dive door, 100‑gal fuel tank, navigation and communication electronics, etc.), and be delivered FOB to the university’s Center for Freshwater Research and Education. The contract will be awarded after evaluating technical compliance, total cost, proposed delivery schedule, warranty/support, and vendor experience.
