The University of North Dakota seeks a qualified consultant to advance its Native Aging in Place Project (NAPP) III by establishing a statewide Native Veterans Coalition and expanding the annual Native Veteran Stand‑Down events. The role also includes creation of presentation materials and co‑presenting at up to two conferences, with required travel to North Dakota for stand‑down events. • Develop coalition structure, charter, and facilitate up to four virtual coalition meetings. • Participate in bi‑weekly Stand‑Down planning calls, conduct outreach, and provide on‑site support for annual Stand‑Down events. • Produce a detailed Facilitation Guide and Toolkit (roadmap), including timelines, roles, checklists, and cultural adaptation guidance. • Assist with dissemination, create presentation decks, and co‑present at up to two national/regional/tribal conferences. • Travel to North Dakota for on‑site event participation; travel costs to be included in the cost proposal.
