RFP for Real Estate Services 2026

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure services for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services. The County is seeking a five-year contract. The successful Contractor will have the ability to perform all the functions below, including identifying available properties for lease or purchase, conducting market research, coordinating and accompanying County staff on property tours, negotiating lease terms, and providing required documentation to finalize the approved real estate transaction. • Mandatory services include identifying available properties, conducting market research, coordinating property tours, negotiating lease terms, and providing documentation for real estate transactions. • The Contractor will be required to provide a portfolio of properties represented by multiple owners and demonstrate experience with both lease and purchase transactions. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate project scope, pricing, and related terms with the selected Contractor.
