This solicitation seeks a single vendor to provide comprehensive coffee services—including monthly rental of coffee machines, supply of two coffee brands (Maxwell House and a comparable house brand), related consumables (filters, stirrers, sugar, creamer, cups), delivery, and maintenance—for all Lowndes County government facilities for a one‑year term, with four optional one‑year renewal periods. The vendor must respond to emergencies within 48 hours, rotate glass coffee pots, and submit detailed pricing for each item. Bids are sealed, due 10/28/2026, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on price and quality criteria.
