The University of Massachusetts is launching Phase 1 of its Project NextGen ERP modernization effort, seeking a cloud‑hosted, vendor‑managed Enterprise Resource Planning platform that will replace PeopleSoft and provide integrated Finance, Human Capital Management, Awards/Grants, and Procure‑to‑Pay capabilities across all UMass campuses. Bidders must demonstrate recent higher‑education implementations, meet strict security and data‑residency requirements, and show integration readiness with Oracle EPM, Boomi, and Oracle IDCS.
