Description
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is seeking market input on a full‑scale, cloud‑hosted Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) that must meet FBI CJIS and EBTS standards. Vendors are asked to describe architecture, migration, hardware, compliance, disaster‑recovery, ongoing support, and cost structures for a solution capable of handling over 5 million legacy records, dynamic scaling, and a wide range of law‑enforcement fingerprint workflows. This is an information‑gathering step prior to any formal solicitation.
• Design and operate a highly‑available, scalable cloud AFIS environment (production & test).
• Migrate >5 million legacy fingerprint records and digitize ~250 000 hard‑copy cards.
• Provide hardware, software licensing, 24/7 monitoring, CJIS/EBTS compliance, HA/DR planning, and detailed cost proposals.
• Deliver documentation, training, API integration, and annual technology roadmap updates.
