RFP - Mowers and Tractors services and parts

The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and parts supply for a fleet of mowers, tractors, and snow‑blowers. The work includes preventive maintenance, warranty and non‑warranty repairs, on‑site or off‑site service, and the provision of discounted parts for specified Ventrac models as well as other major brands (Kubota, John Deere, Toro, Alamo). The contract will run for an initial two‑year term with up‑to‑three optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must be able to operate from Vermont or a neighboring state and meet Vermont’s cybersecurity and environmental requirements. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, etc.) and unscheduled repairs on listed equipment. • Supply replacement parts at a disclosed % discount off MSRP and ensure parts availability for Ventrac and other major brands. • Provide on‑site service or accept equipment at the vendor’s shop, with defined labor rates, travel charges, and a minimum one‑year warranty on all delivered products.
