Professional Circle Janitorial Services

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services for the Professional Circle Building located at 10375 Professional Circle in Reno, Nevada. The contract will be for a 4-year term, and the awarded vendor will supply the necessary labor, materials, and supplies to maintain the building. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning of the building. Vendors must attend a mandatory site visit and submit a proposal that includes a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required attachments. • The building has 79,248 sq. ft. of space, 10 restrooms, 3 janitorial closets, 3 stairwells, 6 small kitchen breakrooms, 15 meeting boardrooms, 3 mothers rooms, 1 large cafeteria, and 150 blinds. • The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets, and maintaining the building's janitorial needs. • The State reserves the right to modify the dates and terms of the solicitation. • The evaluation committee will score proposals based on experience, demonstrated competence, expertise, conformance, and cost. • The State awards a 5% preference to Nevada-based businesses and applies an inverse preference to vendors from other states that apply an in-state preference not afforded to Nevada-based vendors.
