Bulk Fuel Delivery

Valley Sanitary District (VSD) in Indio, CA is seeking qualified firms to provide safe, reliable bulk fuel delivery services. The contract will cover monthly deliveries of 1,000‑gallon tanks of Octane 87 unleaded, Clear Diesel, and Red Diesel, with the ability to supply additional “as‑needed” deliveries. Vendors must adhere to VSD safety protocols, state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations, and maintain an emergency response plan for spills. Proposers must submit technical and cost proposals electronically by November 20, 2026, and will be evaluated on project understanding, schedule, qualifications, proposal quality, and cost.
