Texas A&M University‑Kingsville is seeking proposals to supply, install, and support two large LED video wall systems (approximately 9 ft × 15 ft each) with a pixel pitch of 2.9 mm‑3.9 mm, plus associated rigging, trussing, power, and control equipment. The solution must be macOS‑compatible, capable of indoor hanging from ceiling rafters and ground‑stacking for indoor/outdoor events, and include comprehensive in‑person training on rigging, operation, teardown, and storage. Additionally, the university requires a Yamaha DM5 audio console with optional YP‑DSP card, broadcast software, and a Rio‑32 stage box, preferably at an education discount.
