Texas A&M University‑Kingsville is seeking proposals to supply, deliver, install, train on, and support two large indoor/outdoor LED video walls (≈9’x15’, 2.9‑3.9 mm pixel pitch) plus associated trussing, mounting hardware, processors, cabling, and a Yamaha DM5 audio console with optional DSP card and a 32‑channel stage box. The vendor must provide complete system integration compatible with macOS, on‑site rigging and ground‑stacking capability, and in‑person training for university event staff. The contract is a single‑sale purchase with one training period; the award is projected for mid‑November 2026.
