The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to perform a complete, device‑level inspection and testing of boiler controls on three hot‑water condensing boilers at the Roudebush VA Medical Center and the Vet’s House in Indianapolis, Indiana. The work will be performed under a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options, potentially lasting five years. The solicitation is set‑aside 100 % for SDVOSBs, and proposals must be submitted by the end of October 2026.
