The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to perform a one‑time HVAC repair on a Mitsubishi R‑410A system at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics in White City, OR. The contractor must locate and repair leaks, perform nitrogen‑purge brazing, vacuum‑dehydrate, recharge the system, and provide full testing and documentation complying with EPA 608, OSHA, and VA infection‑control requirements. The work must be completed within a 30‑day performance period after notice to proceed, and all invoices are to be submitted electronically upon job completion.
